The injection moulding centre comprises moulding machines which have clamping forces between 25 and 500 tonnes and shot weights from a few grams to over 3kg. The toolroom is immediately adjacent to the moulding centre, facilitating easy and convenient access for tool trials and ongoing maintenance.

As well as the ability to mould routine engineering polymers such as Nylon, ABS and polycarbonate, our mould shop personnel are expert in processing more advanced thermoplastics as PPSU, PEEK and PEI.
