Using customers’ own CAD data, vacuum form tooling in aluminium alloy or composite resin can be CNC machined to suit production quantities from a few hundred to tens of thousands. Our forming machines are capable of handling sheet sizes of 2m x 1m and up to 6mm thickness, with the final trimming and finishing being performed on 5 axis CNC routers. Consistent component quality is therefore maintained. |
